Restoration notice — Section 101

Notice of intention to restore 1 limited partnership.

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnership to the register on the application of the person named below. I am satisfied that this limited partnership was at the time of deregistration either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 3 September 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by submitting an objection to compliance@companies.govt.nz.
