Removal notice — Section 98A(1)(b)

Notice of intention to remove 7 limited partnerships from the register.

I intend to remove the following limited partnerships from the register under section 98A(1)(b) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that these limited partnerships are not carrying on business and there is no proper reason for the limited partnerships to continue in existence.

Unless, under section 98A(3) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to deregistration of any of the above named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 8 May 2026 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnerships from the register.
