Removal notice — Section 98A(1)(a)

Notice of intention to remove 11 limited partnerships.

I intend to remove the following limited partnerships from the register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that these limited partnerships do not comply with section 8(1) or 8(4) of the Act.

Unless, under section 98A(3) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to the removal of any of the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 9 April 2026 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnerships from the register.
