Notice of intention to correct the register for 1 limited partnership.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Limited Partnerships, in terms of section 61 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on application of:

  • TAINUI AUCKLAND AIRPORT HOTEL 2 LP 2662691

    Application by Shannon Chand

    Rectification shall comprise the following:
    1. Amending the Limited Partner information registered on 16 February 2017 by correcting the Limited Partner company.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 11 April 2025 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
