Notice of intention to correct the register for 1 limited partnership.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand register of limited partnerships in terms of section 61 of the Limited Partnerships Act in relation to the following limited partnership on the application of the following person by deleting or replacing incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

  • LIPSIUS HARMONY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP 50250471

    The limited partnership registration dated 6 January 2026 contains a spelling error in the name of a limited partner.
