Notice of intention to correct the register for 1 limited partnership.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand register of limited partnerships in terms of section 61 of the Limited Partnerships Act in relation to the following company on the application of the following person by deleting or replacing incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.  Dates are those of registration:

    The following document is incorrect. Change of Limited Partner Details (24 March 2026) notifying the Registrar of a cessation of limited partner.
