Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the register for 1 limited partnership.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Limited Partnerships, in terms of section 61 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on application of:

  • HELIOS CONSORTIUM LLP 50201433

    Applicant Evan Taylor - Chartwell Accounting

    To deregister the overseas limited partnership as the applicant advised it was incorrectly registered on the Register (but it has correctly been registered as an overseas company on the overseas companies register under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993).

    Unless an objection is received, HELIOS CONSORTIUM LLP will be deregistered as an overseas limited partnership after the objection period has expired.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 17 July 2025 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
