Deregistration notice — Section 98A(1)(a)

Notice of intention to deregister 1 limited partnership.

I intend to remove the following limited partnership from the register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that this limited partnership does not comply with section 8(4) of the Act.

Unless, under section 98A(3) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to deregistration of the above-named limited partnership is delivered to the Registrar by 8 May 2024 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), tthe Registrar is required to remove the limited partnership from the register.
