Deregistration notice — Section 98

Notice of intention to deregister 6 limited partnerships.

I have received a request in the prescribed form to remove each of the following limited partnerships from the register under section 98 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

I am satisfied that either the limited partnerships have ceased to carry on business, have discharged their liabilities to all known creditors, and have distributed surplus assets OR that the limited partnerships have no surplus assets and no creditor has applied to put any of the limited partnerships into liquidation.

Unless, under section 98(5) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to deregistration of any of the above limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 7 July 2026 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to deregister them.
