Restoration notice — Section 101

Notice of intention to restore 1 limited partnership.

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnership to the register on the application of the person named below. I am satisfied that this limited partnership was at the time of deregistration either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 17 April 2023 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by submitting an objection to compliance@companies.govt.nz.
